The decision to sell all our Nguni's was not an easy one but was also purely a buisness decision as it became increasingly difficult to run two Cattle studs on veldt better suited for sheep. We have no regrets having farmed with such a wonderfull Cattle breed. We believe that the breed has a wonderful future and purpouse in the livestock industry. The Nguni breed truly has proven itself to us at Collett Farming CC that it is a tough and hardy breed.
We would like to thank the lady's at Studbook from the Nguni Cattle Breeders Society for their help and support over the years. We also wish the Society all the best of luck with its furture in breeding and decision making.
